About the Role
The Certified Optician is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care through the accurate dispensing, fitting, and troubleshooting of eyewear solutions. This role manages patient flow within the optical office, ensuring an efficient and positive patient experience while maintaining high clinical and customer service standards. The Optician also supports business growth initiatives, contributes to operational excellence, and works collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall performance, sustainability, and success of the organization.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Qualifications:
Optician registered with the TTORC.
3-5 years of Optical experience.
Competencies:
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Must be organized and has the ability to multitask.
