About the Role
The Optical Assistant III (Float) is responsible for providing operational and patient care support across multiple optical locations as assigned by management. This role assists with front-of-house and dispensing activities, including patient reception, cashing and frame selection assistance. The Optical Assistant III helps maintain efficient workflow, delivers excellent customer service, and supports team operations to ensure a consistent patient experience across all locations.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 CXC O’Level passes, including Mathematics and English A.
2- 3 years of Optical Experience.
Competencies:
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Must be organized and has the ability to multitask.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
