Write for Vision. Write for Change.
The SEE Foundation’s Annual Vision Screening Essay Writing Competition gives students an opportunity to explore the importance of healthy vision through writing, creativity and research. As part of the Foundation's commitment to promoting eye health among children and young people, the competition encourages students to share their ideas on vision and eye care while raising awareness of the importance of protecting our sight.
Now in its second year, the competition welcomes students from across Trinidad and Tobago to put their knowledge, creativity and writing skills to the test.
This year's Topics

"A Day in My Life If I Could Not See Clearly"
Age Range: 12 - 14 years
Word Count: 250 - 300 Words
2
"The Impact of Poor Vision on Learning, Confidence, and Opportunity"
Age Range: 15 - 16 years
Word Count: 300 - 350 Words
3
"The Long-Term Social and Economic Impact of Uncorrected Vision Problems"
Age Range: 17 - 18 years
Word Count: 300 - 375 Words
