The Essilor epi-c plus® is an all-in-one light therapy platform combining Optimal Power Energy® Intense Pulsed Light (OPE® IPL) with Light Modulation® Low-level Light Therapy (LM® LLLT). Designed for non-invasive treatment of inflammatory and dermatological conditions of the face, including the periorbital area, the system provides practitioners with two complementary light-based technologies within a single platform. OPE IPL uses software-controlled light impulses and air cooling for convenient gel-free treatment, while LM LLLT uses patented photobiomodulation technology delivered through red, blue and yellow light. The system also features an upgradable operating platform and automated treatment functionality designed to simplify clinical use.
