Responsibilities & Requirements
Job Summary:
Supports the Optical Services Manager in the delivery of high-quality optical services.
Supports the Optical Services Supervisor in all aspects of customer management.
Dispenses glasses, screens patients, prepares computerized and manual work orders and troubleshoots optical issues as it relates to measurements of prescriptive lenses and frame fit.
Manages patient appointments and data on the in-house computer system.
Handles customer transactions, including cash and electronic payments.

Technical Knowledge and Competencies:
Minimum of 2 years Optical experience in a retail environment.
Minimum of 5 CXC O’Levels, including Mathematics and English A.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
He / She must be organized and flexible with workdays and time.
Having a vehicle will be an asset.
